Wild caught salmon is a well known popular fish

Freya wild caught salmon, like most of our seafood, is certified by the Marine Steward Council and Ocenwise to ensure fish are harvested in an ethical and sustainable manner.

Salmon is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet.

There are seven species of Pacific salmon. Five of them occur in North American waters: Chinook/King, Coho, Chum, Sockeye and Pink. Masu and Amago salmon occur only in Asia. There is one species of Atlantic salmon.

Consuming salmon can help protect against heart disease by increasing levels of omega-3 fats, decreasing levels of omega-6 fats and lowering triglycerides.
